【摘 要】目的观察维生素E（VE）对小鼠出血时间（BT）、凝血时间（CT）和红细胞渗透脆性（ROF）的影响.方法取昆明种小鼠50只,随机平均分为正常对照组（给予0.9%NaCl注射液）、酚磺乙胺组（给予酚磺乙胺40 mg/ml）、肝素组（给予肝素0.03 mg/ml）、VE低浓度组和高浓度组（分别给予VE 2.5、5.0 mg/ml）灌胃,灌胃量按小鼠体重（0.01 ml/g）计算,每天1次,连续14天.在末次灌胃后30 min用断尾法检测BT,用玻片法检测CT,用摘除眼球法取血检测ROF.结果VE高浓度组和肝素组的BT明显长于正常对照组、酚磺乙胺组（P<0.01）,VE高浓度组与肝素组的BT比较无统计学意义（P>0.05）；VE高浓度组、VE低浓度组、正常对照组的CT两两比较无统计学意义（P>0.05）,酚磺乙胺组的CT明显短于其余4组（P<0.01）,肝素组的CT明显长于其余4组（P<0.01）；各组的红细胞開始破裂的NaCl溶液浓度两两比较无统计学意义（P>0.05）.结论VE不影响血液凝固和红细胞膜稳定性,能延长生理性止血时间,此作用存在量效关系.

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo observe the effects of vitamin E（VE）on bleeding time（BT）,clotting time（CT）and red cell ootic fragility（ROF）in mice.Methods50 Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal control group（given 0.9% of NaCl by injection）,etamsylate group（given 40 mg/ml of etamsylate by intragastric administration）and heparin group（given 0.03 mg/ml of heparin by intragastric administration）,VE low concentration group and high concentration group（given 2.5 and 5.0 mg/ml of VE by intragastric administration,respectively）,with 10 case in each group.The amount of gastric lage was calculated according to the body weight of mice（0.01 ml/g）,once a day,for 14 consecutive days.30 min after the last intragastric administration,tail-cutting method was used to measure BT,slide method was used to detect CT,and eyeball enucleation was used to collect blood to detect ROF.ResultsThe BT in the VE high concentration group and the heparin group was longer than that in the normal control group and the etamsylate group（P<0.01）,there was no statistically significant difference in BT between the VE high concentration group and the heparin group（P>0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference in the CT between the VE high concentration group,the VE low concentration group and the normal control group（P>0.05）.The CT of the etamsylate group was shorter than that of the other four groups（P<0.01）,but the CT of the heparin group was significantly longer than that of the other four groups（P<0.01）.There was no statistical significance in the concentration of NaCl solution in which the red blood cells began to burst in pairwise comparison between each group（P>0.05）.ConclusionVE has no effect on blood coagulation and erythrocyte membrane stability,it can prolong physiological hemostasis time,and there is dose effect relationship in this effect.
